To effectively consolidate on the country strategy paper, AAN is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of Fundraising Advisor.

FUNDRAISING ADVISOR

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Educations/Qualifications
Degree in Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities is essential
Master’s degree in a related field is desirable

EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years minimum working experience is essential
2 year’s experience in a similar position some of which was spent in the development sector is essential
Experience in writing fundraising proposals and reports is essential.

SKILLS / ABILITIES
Demonstrate oral and written communication skills is essential
Demonstrate IT skills is essential

PERSONAL QUALITIES
Demonstrable commitment to supportive team working
Creative and takes initiative
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
