THIS IS DEJI OF LAGOS' VIEW AS DIEZANI SUES HOUSE OF REPS OVER HER N10-BILLION JET SCANDAL!

The judge who issued this injunction should not be a presiding judge over any case in the country. No minister is too busy or too important not to appear for a hearing by the house. This should be considered contempt. When the house calls on the head of any agency of government to produce records they should appear before the house. Going to court to stop this process is the most ludicrous thing that I have ever heard in a functioning democracy.

Since she has made this move, the house should wait for the judgment after which they should pass a resolution to remove her from office. She does not deserve the position and does not understand the climes in which we are operating. I can't imagine any head of the agency of the US government not appearing before the congress when summoned. This not only disrespect for the house it is also disrespect for all Nigerians that the house represent.

This lady needs to go. The judge who took up this frivolous suit and issued the injunction also need to go. He does not understand how this system of democracy works. A judge in the US was once asked that 'what is an impeachable offense' and the judge replied that whatever the congress thinks is impeachable is an impeachable offense. This gross misconduct on the part of this judge for not looking at the merit of this case and in the process thwarting a democratic exercise is beyond stupidity.. Diezani works for us and she is duty bound to report to us through our representatives. This judge needs to GO!
