MY BIRTHDAY PRAYER FOR NIGERIA!

All powerful and merciful Father, You are the God of justice, love and peace. You rule over all the nations on earth. Power and might are in Your hands and no one can withstand You!

I present our country Nigeria before You. We are weighed down not only by uncertainties, but also by moral, economic and political problems!

1. Oh Lord please, deliver us from the evil destructions of Boko Haram and other radical militants fighting against the people of Nigeria. God, nullify their plans of evil to Islamize all of Nigeria. Nigeria belongs to all of us irrespective of our faith!

2. I pray that the Nigerian military will be truthful and sincere in their tasks to make good riddance of
Boko Haram without any compromise!

3. I pray that You touch the evil hearts of those satanic Boko Haramists to bring back the over 200 kidnapped schoolgirls to join their families!

4. I pray against serial and isolated attacks against innocent Nigerians by the Boko Haram especially in North part of Nigeria!

5. I pray for all the Christians and Muslims in Nigeria. We need to return back to the pursuit of truth, righteousness and holiness without which no man shall see the Kingdom of God . The focus has changed from heaven to the cares of this world. May God help us!

6. I pray for President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria for God to bless him with wisdom in leading this country in unity so that we may live peaceably with one another!

7. I pray for the state governments and businesses to respond to the financial needs in our country by providing jobs to help decrease the high unemployment rate amongst our youths. This will help to reduce juvenile crimes and failures in school!

Listen to the cries of your people who confidently turn to you. God of infinite goodness, our strength in adversity, our health in weakness, our comfort in sorrow, Be merciful to us your people. Spare this Nation Nigeria from chaos, anarchy and doom!

In God is our future and hope!
