BAKERY ASSISTANT
JOB REFERENCE: BST 14
LOCATION: LAGOS
DEPARTMENT: Quality Control

THE JOB
Assist in baking and comparing the performance of on-line and finished flour products
Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning of utensils and machines
Sample collection for baking from mills and packers

THE PERSON
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Pays attention to detail.
Works well with others and has customer-service orientation

QUALIFICATION
5 O’ level credits in Sciences
OND in any discipline, added advantage

EXPERIENCE
Minimum one year experience
Knowledge of laboratory environment is an added advantage
