HOW PROPHET TB JOSHUA DISCOVERED NAIJA SOCCER STAR, ONAZI OGENYI!

Not many know that Prophet TB Joshua, founder of the Synagogue Church of Nations (SCOAN), owns ‘My People FC’, a Lagos-based football club.

According to the philanthropist, the team was established for the purpose of helping talented young footballers.

My People FC discovered the highly-skilled Super Eagles midfielder Onazi Ogenyi Eddy, one of the players who dazzled at the 2014 World Cup.

Onazi also plays for S.S. Lazio in the Italian Serie A.

The 21-year-old footballer, who was sprained during France’s win over the Super Eagles in the round of 16, is fast bouncing back as he tweeted a photo of him at SCOAN football pitch having a light workout.

TB Joshua’s My People FC also discovered Sani Emmanuel, the 21-year-old who plays for S.S. Lazio.
