GENERAL MANAGER (SALES/MARKETING) (REF: GM 001)
REQUIREMENTS
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and client management skills
• Successful and proven career background in sales to corporate institutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data
At least 10 post qualification experience
Good knowledge of local environment of cities in the North is an added advantage
Age between 35-45
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS (REF: KAM 002)
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for developing and expanding business relationships with Key customers
Skilled in identifying sales opportunities, networking and closing profitable corporate accounts
Strong sales and client relationship management skills
At least 8 years cognate experience in sales and marketing with proven record of Sales target achievement
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (REF: BOM 003)
REQUIREMENTS
A graduate with strong background in sales/marketing
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of local environment of cities in the EastlAbuja is an added advantage
Age between 35-45
REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGERS (REF: ROM 004)
REQUIREMENTS
Oversee activities of operations staff in all locations in the region and ensure discipline among the staff
Disseminate Operations processes and updates to ensure service levels are met at all times
Propose and initiate process improvements for the optimization of people and other key resources
Render timely reports for key decision making
HND/BSc in related fields
Minimum of 5 years working experience in logistics operations
Must be computer literate (Microsoft office)
Age between 30 - 35
IT PROGRAMMER (REF: 1M 005)
REQUIREMENTS
Develop Software Applications to suit the customer requirements
Day to Day Network administration and Support
Researching and examining current systems and consulting users
Writing software and operating manuals
HND/B.Sc in Computer science or related fields
Must have worked extensively on "C #", "Visual Basic 6.0". "Visual Basic Dot Net"
Must have excellent exposure to Database Management - E.g, MSAccess, SQL
LEGAL EXECUTIVE (REF: LE 006)
REQUIREMENTS
A graduate degree in law (minimum of second class lower)
Member of the Nigerian Bar Association
5 years post call experience
Analyze and review commercial legal agreements. legislation and documents for the Board
CORPORATE AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE (REF: CAE 007)
REQUIREMENTS
A graduate with degree
Has worked in advertising or Public relations company
8 years post call experience.
Take charge of corporate communications and branding activities
HR/PAYROLL OFFICER (REF: HPO 008)
REQUIREMENTS
A graduate in Social sciences or humanity with strong HR background
Sound knowledge on HR policiesl processes
Payroll administration a definite advantage with sound excel background
Minimum of 3 years experience
Age between 30 - 35
DISPATCH & DRIVERS (REF: DO 009)
1. Drivers (Permanent Positions) Feeder drivers
2. Dispatch riders (Permanent Positions)
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification ofWAEC/SSCE
Must be literate (Read & Write)
Must be familiar with Lagos routes.
Drivers must have LASDRI cards
