A reputable Energy firm based in Lagos is seeking to fill the vacant position of:

PROJECT FINANCE TRANSACTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Take a lead in the reviewing information required for preparation of appropriate credit approval packages
Take a lead in developing information memorandum and other marketing material for transaction execution
Assist with managing and reviewing transaction documentation in line with internal policy
Assist with coordination and management of external advisers including legal and technical or market consultants
General assistance in compliance in terms of risk and audit management for the CF department

REQUIREMENTS
3 -5 years in relevant project finance department at a commercial or investment bank.
