WIKE, CHUKWU, ORUBEBE PICK PDP GUBER FORMS

The trio of Nyesom Wike, immediate past Minister of State for Education (Rivers), immediate past minister of Niger Delta, Godswill Orubebe (Delta) and the immediate past Minister of Health, Professor Onyebuchi Chukwu(Ebonyi) have picked the expression of interest and nomination forms for the governorship position of their respective states, under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming 2015 elections.

Orubebe was accompanied to the National Secretariat of the Party personally to pick his forms, while Wike and Chukwu purchased their forms by proxy. A group of Rivers State PDP leaders obtained the Expression of Interest form for the governorship primary and presented it to Mr Wike. The group bought the form at the PDP Headquarters, Wadata House, Abuja. The leaders were drawn from the 23 Local Government Areas of Rivers State and were led by Minister of Sports, Dr Tammy Danagogo, Chief Ferdinand Alabaraba, Chief Kenneth Kobani, Chief Austin Opara, former deputy speaker, House of Representatives, Chief Chibudom Nwuche, former deputy speaker, House of Representatives, Senator Adawari Pepple, former Senate whip and Chief Emeka Woke, former Emohua council chairman.
