One of our clients, a leading outsourcing firm in Nigeria is looking to hire a Call center training manager for their office in Lagos.
CALL CENTER TRAINING MANAGER
The successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring that call center agents provide the kind of service that builds high levels of customer satisfaction. By coaching and training both new recruits and experienced agents, the manager would help call centers meet their most important goals: improving productivity, reducing operating expenses, retaining customers, generating incremental revenue, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
The training manager would also be responsible for training call center agents on telecom products.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a training manager in the telecommunications industry.
