The death has been announced of All Progressive Grand Alliance Senatorial candidate for Orlu Senatorial District of Imo State, Ms. Eudora Igwe. She died the day her name was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission as APGA senatorial candidate for the Orlu zone. This disclosure was contained in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja by the National Chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Umeh, which stated that, “We have a lost a rare gem, a great mobiliser of men and women, who has impacted positively on the lives of her people. Just yesterday (Monday, December 15), we submitted her name to INEC as our candidate for the Orlu Senatorial seat in Imo State. We pray the Almighty God to give her perfect peace and we pray that the family he left behind be comforted by the fact that she lived a good and exemplary life worthy of emulation. APGA has lost a pillar in Imo State.”
