EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements. S/he will be expected to directly lead small and medium sized accounting engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years in financial accounting and management reporting in a well-structured organization.
Professional qualification must be ACCA, ACA (Or at final level of exams).
Direct experience in accounting software like SAP, QuickBooks or SAGE is an added advantage.
Strong leadership personality and communications skills

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (TAX SERVICES)

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages projects by planning the tax process and the procedures to be performed with quality.
Answers, prepares, questions and coordinates engagement from onset by communicating expectations and procedures with 'preparers'.
Conducts detailed reviews on all returns and appropriate review notes for 'preparers'.
Raises potential tax issues.
Meets internal deadlines to match the client expectations for timely delivery of service.
Identifies book-to-tax differences.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of HND upper credit in any related discipline
ACA and/or ACTI is compulsory
Minimum of 5 years in tax practice firm is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

TEAM LEAD HUMAN CAPITAL ADVISORY SERVICES

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Team Leads for our Human Capital Advisory Services unit. This unit handles Organizational Design and Development and, Compensation & Benefits for our select clients. Such candidate must have the ability to plan, direct, coordinate Human Capital management activities of the organization. Candidate must have the ability to multi task and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Demonstrates exceptional Client Management skills.
Goal Oriented, Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
Ability to deliver high performance results with minimal supervision.
CIPM Certification is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCED AUDITOR

JOB SUMMARY
