RIG MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess a university degree with minimum of 15 years experience in the oil & gas industry
• Must have a minimum of 5 years in rig management experience in deep-water operations
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills
• Must display a dynamic pro-active attitude and be self-driven

RIG LEADER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must have marine academy, college, technical or university degree OR equivalent operational experience
• Must have experience working in senior operational or technical roles with a drilling contractor or supporting deep water drilling operations
• Must possess ability to plan jobs with minimal effects to operations
• Budget planning and cost effective decision making is desirable
• Must demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety in all areas of operation

TECHNICAL LEADER

REQUIREMENTS
• Engineering degree with minimum of 10 years offshore in an operational role
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a section leader or Chief Engineer
• Must possess Marine Chief Engineer License
• Must have experience in Shipyard, New build & SPS
• Must be familiar with the Preventive Maintenance System - PMS

OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess the relevant professional qualification – Deck officer certificate (class 2), DP Operator’s unlimited, GMDSS GOC certificate, Recognized Master Mariner Unlimited etc
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Chief Mate/OIM in deepwater operations
• Knowledge of standards, reulations and requirement within the industry
• Must possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

DYNAMIC POSITIONING OPERATOR

REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess IMO STCW Chapter II Master and Deck department, Regulation II/3 Mandatory requirements for certification of officers in charge of a navigational watch and of master of ships of less than 500 gross tonnage, GMDSS certificate (class3), Tankerman Certificate lowest grade (Crude oil). (Ref: IMO STCW, Chapter V, Section A-V/1)
• Must have at least a minimum of 4 years hands on experience in oil and gas industry

DYNAMIC POSITIONING OPERATOR TRAINEE

REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess a minimum of HND, one-year technical drilling course or similar qualification. Valid DP unlimited ticket is required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of stability for safe operation of a rig
• Stability II certificate will be an added advantage

DECK PUSHER/CRANE OPERATOR

REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess HND, one year technical drilling courses or similar qualification
• Must possess minimum of 4 years of drilling deepwater experience including 1 year as crane operator on a floating vessel
• Must hold valid Crane certificate from industry recognized organization i.e SPARROW’s or LOLER assessment (minimum Stage 2). Stage 3 will be preferred

DRILLING SECTION LEADER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must have marine academy, college, technical, drilling technology or university degree OR equivalent operational experience
• Must have minimum 3 years’experience as Toolpusher in deep water Drilling operations
• Valid IWCF well control certificate
• Must demonstrate ability to operate software application as applicable to position

TOOLPUSHER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years Cyber Drilling Experience
• Must possess a minimum of HND, one-year technical drilling course or similar qualifications. Valid pressure control certificate according to IWCF standards

DRILLER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years Cyber  deepwater Drilling Experience
• Must possess a minimum of HND, one-year technical drilling course or similar qualifications. Valid pressure control

DRILLER TRAINEE

REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess first degree in Engineering related discipline
• Must have similar 1-2 years work experience in oil & gas drilling
• Vaid Well-control certificate according to IWCF standards subsea

ASSISTANT DRILLER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess a minimum of HND, one-year technical drilling course or similar qualifications. Valid pressure control certificate according to IWCF standards
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years cyber experience in the Oil/Gas Drilling industry. Valid pressure control certificate according to IWCF on deep water DP3 vessel

TECHNICAL SECTION LEADER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must have relevant technical, diploma or degree qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Chief Engineer in deepwater drilling operations
• Must possess Chief Engineer (Unlimited) STWC III/2 or equivalent flag state.
• Must possess Mechanical Skills, Electrical Skills & Troubleshooting techniques

SUBSEA SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Supervisor Well control certification plus Seven years in a Subsea role with three years MUX (electrohydraulic subsea systems) experience and formal assessment of competency
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or educational equivalent from an accredited technical school.
• Knowledge of standards, regulations and requirement within the industry
• Proactive and safe work attitude

ASST TECHNICAL SECTION LEADER

REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess Ship Engineer certificate class 2. Regulation II/2, Tankerman Certificate highest grade (Crude oil). (Ref: IMO STCW, Chapter V, Section A-V/1)
• Must have at least a minimum of 4 years hands on experience in oil and gas
• Must have experience as an 2nd Engineer/engine room operator.
