The chairman, Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Tony Anenih, has said there is no reason for change in Nigeria. Anenih disclosed this when he spoke with journalists in Ilorin on Tuesday after about a 4-hour meeting with PDP stakeholders in the state. Anenih, who described claims to take over power from present federal government in next elections as laughable and empty, said, “You can see me laughing. APC taking over from PDP? 1998/99, they made attempts from different groups then, 2002/2003, the same people made attempt. 2007, and 2011, we have a clean record of success. I don’t see any reason why there should be a change.”
