BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Develop, Expand and Generate New Businesses
2. Responsible for Product Development and Marketing
3. Writing Contract Proposals for the Company
4. Presentation and Meeting Potential Customers
5. Supervise Staff under his or her direct report

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Good and friendly personality
2. Deposit mobilization
3. Creation of quality Risk Assets
4. Strong people management skills
5. Selling and marketing financial services and products

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
1. B.sc in any relevant field.
2. Equivalent of Senior Banking Officer or Assistant Manager in a bank.
3. 5 years experience in the sales of financial services and products.
4. Good credit knowledge and credit administration.
5. Ability to write reports and proposals within a short time frame.
6. Excellent Interpersonal skills.
7. Good presentation skills.
8. Strong communication skills.
