We provide Cash Loans to individual, groups and offer Point of sale finance for consumer goods and appliances in partnership with retailers across Lagos.

DEBT RECOVERY EXECUTIVE

JOB ROLE
Reduction of the company’s Portfolio at Risk (PAR) to the possible bear-est minimum
Recovery of delinquent loans
Employing appropriate strategies and techniques in following up delinquent clients.
Client’s Relationship Management.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
Communicate an updated schedule with incorporated recovery measures to team leader
Visitation to delinquent clients.
Education Requirement: HND (minimum)

Computer Skills : Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
High level of integrity
Ethical
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and telephone)
Excellent negotiation skills
Decision making ability
Ability to ride a Motor cycle will be an added advantage
Compensation Package: 600,000 pa basic salary, (Attractive incentive scheme)
