Fashola: “If Buhari & Osinbajo don’t perform when elected, we’ll remove them”

The Lagos state governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, SAN, hosted the ‘Love Buhari, Love Nigeria’ Valentine party which held yesterday at the Inter-continental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. Speaking at the ceremony, Fashola said, “We have told Buhari & Osinbajo and we will continue to tell them that we’ll remove them if they don’t perform. This is the first time that we have the opportunity of changing a government we don’t like.

“I have seen both men clearly and worked with them. They have good moral authority. A good leader exercises good moral authority. This is an important feature missing in Nigeria’s governance. A good country works according to plan.” Fashola also disclosed at the ceremony that he had received his Permanent Voters’ Card(PVC), while he urged Nigerians who could not get theirs to take advantage of the last phase of the continuous voter registration (CVR) exercise.
