WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for the company’s website designs and editing

2. Manages the company’s official mails and social network sites

3. Implementing IT system security in the organization to ensure safety of data and IT systems

4. In charge of overseeing the organization’s WAN systems

5. Overseeing the management and maintenance of computer work stations

6. Providing support in troubleshooting of computer problems

7. Overseeing the proper storage of all company data and archiving of records and back ups

8. Identifying new computer systems and trends in the market so that the organization’s IT status is always on the forefront

9.  Coming up with the budget for the department and implementing it.
10.  Studying the available systems and evaluating the necessity of upgrades or the need to buy new systems

As a Human resource (HR) officer, your role  involves recruitment, organizing the weekly/quarterly training programs, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc. Keeping up to date with areas such as employment law, which change often.

REQUIREMENTS
An ideal candidate must have her first degree in HR Management, with 3-5 years of direct HR experience, preferrably a lady between 32 years and 35 years.
CIPM will be an added advantage.
