QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Working Experience (7-10 years) must have worked in related industry
REQUIRED TO:
To prepare accurate bills of quantities and tender for the organization
To provide management accurate information (figures) for timely consideration for all projects.
To work with the design and build unit and get the right brief before preparing any bill
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate from a reputable company
Additional certification will be an added advantage.
Must have analytically and computation skill.
ARCHITECT
Working Experience (7-12 years) must have worked in the real estate industry
REQUIRED TO:
To create unique design which will be attractive and saleable as well as meets clients needs irrespective of class. _
To be in charge of all drawing and corrections on the company's building approvals.
To work with all contractors and ensure that designs and constructions are actually implemented as standard on the blue print.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Must be a graduate from a reputable university.
Additional certification will be an added advantage.
Must be highly creative with remarkable history of portfolio/work done.
Must be able to make use at least 3 major Architectural soft wares
FACILITY MANAGER
Working Experience (7-13 years) must have worked as a facility manager with traceable record.
REQUIRED TO:
Manage the estate/facilities professionally with all competence on behalf of the company and to provide the necessary services on daily and weekly basis.
To provide quality maintenance services on all facilities provided.
To use acquired skills and strategies in properties and facility management and accelerate the growth of the estate.
To provide management with needed and necessary information on valuations while also interfacing with statutory agencies on behalfofthe company.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Must be a graduate from a reputable university
Additional certification will be an added advantage.
Must be highly creativel innovative with excellent cornmunication and Management skills.
QUARRY MANAGER
Working Experience (10-15 years) must have wide experience in quarry management and operations with traceable record.
REQUIRED TO:
To manage the overall operation for the quarry (technically and administratively).
To manage both human and Machinery resources available toward utmost result.
Checking that the quarry's production levels are maintained safely to schedule;
Balancing sales and output;
Altering the quarry's production system in accordance with the materials required.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

BLASTER
Working Experience (10-20 years) must have wide experience in Blasting and quarry work.
REQUIRED TO:
To carry out excellent blasting at the quarry with no record of causalities in all the blasting session.
To supervise the drilling and blasting activities according standard operating procedures of such portfolio.
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
REQUIRED TO:
Repairs and overhauls electrical systems in automotive vehicles, such as car, buses, and truck and equipment.
Install, maintain, identify faults, and repair electrical wiring and computer based equipment in vehicles and equipment.
CRUSHER MECHANIC
Working Experience (10-15 years) must have wide experience in crusher's maintenance and repairs.
Required to
Carry out Maintenance services of all equipment.
