Lawmakers serve governor impeachment notice

The acting leader of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly House, Hon. Francis Nwifruru has today read an impeachment notice on Governor Martin Elechi over what he described as act of gross misconduct, accusing the governor of huge financial misappropriation, undermining of the integrity of the House, among other offences. The motion for the impeachment notice was moved by Hon. Odefa Obasi Odefa and seconded by Hon. Valentine Okike.
