The death has been announced of Mrs. Tamarauemi Kekemeke, wife of the Ondo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Hon. Isaac Kekemeke. This was disclosed in a statement by the Publicity Secretary of the party in the state, Omo’oba Adesanya. Mrs. Tamarauemi Kekemeke died in Akure in the early hours of Friday, February 13. Adesanya said, “We regret to announce the passing away of Mrs. Tamarauemi Celestina Kekemeke, wife of the State Chairman, Ondo State, Hon. Isaac Kekemeke. Mrs Kekemeke is survived by husband and many children.”
Meanwhile the Ondo State Governor, Olusegun Mimiko, today, led a delegation on a condolence visit to Hon. Isaac Kekemeke. Mimiko urged the bereaved family to console themselves in the Lord noting that the deceased died in the Lord. Responding, Kekemeke said, “This shows that we are one people. My family members are consoled by the great inter-party support received since the demise of my wife.”
