MIS & ANALYTIC OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Initiate and manage data driven campaigns using various communication channels
Monitor, report and recommend changes to product/ sales approach based on performance.
Recommend, initiate and manage performance of new product initiatives, markets and features (tests /pilots)
Data analysis, data mining and predictive modelling applied to all products and markets.
Lead in introducing concepts and ideas that generate the right kinds of analytics and trends that allow for optimization and efficiency throughout the organization.
Provide MIS and portfolio analytics in a timely manner includes but not limited to monthly risk packs and other periodic/adhocreports covering the following areas:

Product performance
Marketing/ Business Intelligence
Leads Management and Sales Analysis
Turn-Around-Time (TAT)
Through-the-door Analysis (Demography, Geography etc.)
Customer Service reports etc.
System administration - this includes but not limited to:

MIS and User policy execution.
Data accuracy, mining and storage.
Report customization and execution.

Ability to propose and implement improvements to the department / policy and procedures.
Must be able to achieve customer satisfaction within a highly regulated environment.
Must have good attention to details,critical reasoning and problem solving skills.

FRAUD AND CONTROL ANALYTICS OFFICER

Reports to: risk intelligence manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyse all first payment defaults, non-starters and severe collection cases to confirm due diligence in the underwriting process and determine root cause.
Perform compliance spot check and reviews on customer files - applications and loans disbursed.
Monitor and promptly report all fraud incidents - actual and attempted.
Investigate fraud incidents to ensure cases are properly investigated per applicable policy.
Ensure that adequate records / files are kept for fraud incidents in a logical manner.
Stay on top of the latest trends and developments in the fraud industry and circulate current fraud trends and other awareness material to the applicable teams.
Implement fraud prevention and anti-fraud management tools; automate processes.
Provide MIS and portfolio analytics in a timely manner includes but not limited to monthly risk packs and other periodic/adhocreports covering the following areas:
Delinquency (Various cuts)/ NPLs
Fraud Tracking (FPD and Non Starters)
Net flow/ Loss Rate
Collections efficiency/ Root Cause Analysis
Risk Exposures/ Limits
Collection queue definition, management and reporting; perform periodic test to ensure collection efficiency.
Responsible for ensuring the collection of the right data that supports business objectives.
Provide collection policy and strategy feedback

RISK INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation.

This includes but not limited to:
Identifying Loss drivers
Collections Strategy and Operations
Operational Risk
Fraud Prevention and Control
Establish and implement principles and credit policies that are aligned to the needs of the organisation.
Credit Scoring and underwriting policies
Own the design and pilot programs for consumer lending and credit card products.
Risk evaluation and measurement.
Implement credit policies in a timely and proactive manner that supports profitable portfolio growth and minimized exposure to unprofitably high risk segments/ markets.
Maintain risk policy documentation and communication channels to all business partners.
Manage the performance of the portfolios by providing MIS and any necessary analysis to senior management in a timely manner. Produce detail monthly risk packs and periodic business intelligence reports.
Provide data mining and analytical support for various credit risk initiatives. This includes but not limited to:

Customer profiling
Marketing
Sales
Collections and Recovery
Manage and train collections agents
Allocate 1 - 89 DPD accounts to collections agent and tracking of collections status.
