Music star, Asa, storms Lagos this Sunday

The Future Africa Awards & Summit, also popularly known as The Future Awards, are a set of awards given by The Future Project (TFP), a social enterprise set up with a strong, practical commitment to human and capital development, especially in Africa. The awards celebrate young people between the ages of 18 and 31, who have made outstanding achievement in the year under consideration. The first The Future Awards ceremony was held on February 6, 2006 at the Muson Centre in Lagos to honour the outstanding achievements of the 2005/2006 season.

The 8th edition of The Future Awards holds this Sunday, 7th December 2014 at Intercontinental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. Expectedly,there will be presentation of awards which is one of the highlights of the ceremony. Asides this, there will be entertainment by some of Nigeria’s best musicians. Award-winning singer, Bukola Elemide aka Asa is one of the big musicians who will perform at the grand event.
