Showbiz stars buy houses in new LEKKI estate

There is this new estate in Lekki where more and more celebrities are moving to, to live. Its called Richmond Gate Estate at Ikate Elegushi, Off Meadow Hall Road around Lekki Phase 2 by 3rd roundabout. Owned by Haven Homes, this cool estate is in hot demand as the first phase has been sold out, so also the 2nd phase. What celebrities are now paying for is the 3rd phase due to be ready by December 2016.


The estate is behind Meadow Hall School. That is where 2face lives and AY too. Both have endorsement deals with Heaven Homes. There are other A-List celebrities (names withheld) who live in the estate. The estate also has a huge expatriate community many of whom work for multinational companies.
