OFFICE ASSISTANT
JOB PURPOSE
To give support service to all the employees
Reports to
Front Desk Officer
Core Working Relationships
All employees
Key Areas of Responsibility
•Ensuring office and environs are clean at all time
•Buying supplies for office and staff members
•Preparing tea and buying meals for delegates
•Managing prospectus shelves
•Any other administrative tasks as assigned
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
At least 6 months experience
Must be physically fit
Preferably a Male
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
•Secondary school certificate or able to demonstrate the level of key skills required at that level – essential
•Previous experience in an office assistant’s role - essential.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
•Excellent organisational skills – essential
•Good level of literacy – essential
•Attention to detail – essential
PERSONAL QUALITIES
•Approachable and friendly manner
•Flexible and positive attitude
•Organised and methodical
•Good interpersonal skill.
