One of our clients in the IT Industry is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager with extensive experience in Customer Service Management, IT Product/Solution development that support the business' objectives.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and manage on-going relationships with new clients towards a profitable goal
- Built brand awareness through direct client development activities as well as through networking and marketing programs
- Increase the sales opportunities that will maximise revenue for the entire organisation
- seek new clients and make a combined effort with the sales team to drive them towards the company’s new products & services
- Assist in managing the existing business accounts and ensure that they stay healthy
- Understand the company's reputation and ensures to retain that image by continually enhancing the organisation’s performance.
- Identify new opportunities for sales campaigns that can lead to increased sales.
- Discuss and consult with other managers on latest business trends with a view to introduce innovative products or services in future
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry is required.
Microsoft/Cisco certifications would be an added advantage as the successful candidate should be familiar with IT products/services
