The Director-General of the National Centre for Women Development(NCWD), Onyeka Onwenu who honoured the invitation of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission(ICPC) over the allegation of N17million contract bribe, has been granted bail after she was drilled for hours by the anti-graft agency. She is said to have been recently invited by the commission and honoured the invitation on Monday, 10th August 2015.
