The US-based female singer Shella may have taken another step following her messy fight with music star Timaya. Recall at the time the controversy started, she alleged on Instagram that the self-styled Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa reportedly raped her saying, “I will make sure the world knows it. You might want to cancel your show and get out of Atlanta because I am going to the police.” Timaya then replied: “I don’t hurt people, but if you want me dead, then it is fine. I leave you to God. No problem, I will leave the town as you advised; I am taking myself off the show.” In a new move, following some medical reports she got from her hospital, Shella has now sued Timaya. Though details of the case are yet to be disclosed, she took to her Instagram page with a notice stating that, “Please I can no longer talk, comment or discuss this ongoing case. My lawyer told me not to give any interviews or verbal statement to anyone.” Timaya has however said he never raped Shella P.
