The traditional wedding ceremony of Ooni of Ife’s son Prince Adegbite Sijuwade to Dolapo Oni is ongoing at Landmark Event Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos. Expectedly it’s a celebrity-studded event with the high and mighty in attendance.

Though the Ooni of Ife, Alayeluwa Oba Okunade Sijuwade couldn’t make the traditional wedding physically, his staff of office is everywhere with the groom as the rites progress. Also representing the Sijuwade families are Adegbite’s paternal and maternal relatives. City People gathered that Prince Adetokunbo Sijuwade, the first son of Ooni of Ife, who recently turned 50 is also present.
