KabuKabu is a cab pooling portal that allows people travelling at the same time in the same route share cabs at reduced cost and greater comfort compared to public transport.

KabuKabu is recruiting to fill the position of:

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
REPORTING TO: the product Manager/COO
LOCATION: Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the demands of customers, checking the availability of supply to meet customers requests,escalating technical or administrative problems to management, generating periodic reports, among other tasks.
This position's primary responsibility is ensuring operations effectiveness by leadership for the organisation's operational functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive itinerary requests from customers and follow- up with them for confirmation.
Ensure there is inventory to meet request.
Periodically following up with customers to evaluate experience.
Work hand-in-hand with marketing team to come up with marketing strategies.
Send periodic reports to management
Manage customer support services
