TINUBU's AIDE, FOLLY COKER TAKES OVER FROM DERIN DISU AS GOV. FASHOLA's SPECIAL ADVISER!

His name readily comes to mind especially within the Lagos social establishment. Folorunsho Coker has been a popular figure for a long time and his popularity could be traced to his family, his father, Chief Folarin Coker fondly called Baba Eto of Lagos was one of the political leaders in Lagos State.

Folly has been within the corridor of power as one of the closest aides and Deputy Chief of Staff to Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu during his 2nd term tenure and he is also still much relevant within the corridors of power after his ex-boss’ exit.

The latest gist about the dashing Lagos big boy is that he has returned as Governor Fashola’s Special Adviser on Central Business District, taking over from Derin Disu, a Lagos society woman and daughter of Chief Braithwaite who recently resigned her appointment.

Before now Folly was made the Managing Director of Lagos State Number Plate Production Authority. His portfolio has been made official and was announced by Governor Fashola’s special adviser on Media, Hakeem Bello, over a week ago. He has equally been sworn-in. A classy gig was held last week by Folly’s friends to celebrate his  new portfolio. The ex-Gregorian is set to hit the golden age next year.
