The death has been announced of the vice-chairman, Ado Odo/Ota Local Government in Ogun State, Mrs Afusat Olufunmi who died yesterday at the age of 43 years. Her death is coming 2 weeks after her mother passed away. Olufunmi was ill for about 4 weeks and was recovering till the illness relapsed and she died. Survived by her husband and daughter, she was buried yesterday in her home town, Ado Odo, according to Islamic rites. Describing her, the Ado Odo/Ota Local Government Chairman, Mr. Rotimi Rahmon said she was “easy going and highly dedicated to her duty.”
