One of our clients, an indigenous oil servicing company in Nigeria, is looking to hire a receptionist/front desk for their Lagos office.
RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate would be required to answer visitors' enquiries about the company, its products or services, direct visitors to their destinations, sorting and handing out mail, answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones, setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing or emailing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
She should be polite, good looking and smart.
A minimum of HND/Bachelor degree from any reputable university is required with at least 3 years experience as a receptionist/front desk/secretary/executive assistant
