KANO BOMB BLAST: ‘WHY AMAECHI AND SARAKI VISITED EMIR OF KANO’

The Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi and former Governor of Kwara State, Bukola Sarakivisited the Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi over the recent bomb attack on the Central Mosque in the state.

Saraki and Amaechi were at the Emir’s palace to offer their condolences over the incident which claimed over 100 lives. They condemned the attack by Boko Haram and called on authorities to work harder towards putting an end to the attacks by these insurgents.

The bomb blast attack occurred on the Central Mosque where Sanusi usually presides over prayers but was away in Saudi Arabia when the incident occurred.
