and long hours, with tenacity to achieve results, to fill the positions listed below:

LEGAL OFFICER/COMPANY SECRETARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in the preparation of legal contract, Deeds, leases and other legal documents
Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Assist Management, Marketing, Logistics, Admin & other departments, when required, in conducting a preliminary review of correspondence, contract documents, business offers, and business agreement to ensure high standards and ensure that such document are legally protected.
Monitoring and Filling Annual returns of the company.
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the reguiatory environment and taking appropriate action;
Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
Dealing with correspondence, ccilating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders;
Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of management meetings and general meetings

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of 2:2 BSc Law
LLB BL and LLM Higher Qualification will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Versatile In corporate law, litigation, legal drafting Arbitration, proceedings and special skills in vetting international agreement.
Good knowledge of Oil & Gas laws, Banking laws, international trade transaction agreement; especially as they relate to the downstream sector, will be an added advantage .
Currently practicing/or has practiced within the last 5 years, as a Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Adviser (Post call experience)
Candidates should possess diplomacy, meticulous attention to detail, good numerical, organizational and time management skills and a genuine interest in business.
Excellent computing, secretarial, interpersonal, team working and (written/verbal) communication skills are also important.

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Head the Account and Finance department
Preparation of Financial reports including Management accounts on a monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis
Product Costing
Review, design and implement sound accounting system
Preparation and remittance of all statutory deductions made from staff and customers
Preparation and implementation of budget and budgetary control
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitment, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advices to Management or to provide advice
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, Gl, forecasting, budgeting etc.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirement.

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of 2:2)/HND (Minimum of Higher Credit) in Accounting! Finance or Numerate Discipline
Must have ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualifications
Post ICAN Qualification of, at least 6 years cognate work.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting in a manufacturing environment (Lubricant blending accounting)
Relevant experience in Oil & Gas - Offshore Construction, Marine Industry will be an added advantage.
Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous
Must be proficient in use of accounting packages and Ms Excel.

BUSINESS/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To deepen the existing customers' relationship, aggressively, develop new businesses by enlisting new national and multinational companies.
Coordinate and supervise sales & distritx.'ton of products
Develop new products that meet Market target and specific customers' needs.

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of 2:2)/HND (Minimum of Lower Credit) in any field of Science, Business Administration/Marketing

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
A minimum of 10 years direct sales or other business management experience in specialty chemicals, Lubricant Additive
A minimum of 5 years progressive managerial experience in related field.
In-depth technical knowledge of the Lubricant business will be an added advantage

BUSINESS MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To supervise and coordinate the general operation of the business; from product requisition, to record/documentation of sales, distribution and accounting

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of 2:2)/ HND (Minimum of Lower Credit) in any field of Business Administration and Marketing.
Good knowledge of Accounting will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
A minimum of 5 years work experience in sales and distribution of Consumer Goods
