President Goodluck Jonathan on sunday 25th of January held an interactive session with the organised private sector (OPS), an interactive session organised by a forum of business leaders in Nigeria under the aegis of Corporate Forum, which has been facilitating robust discussions between chief executive officers of first-class conglomerates and key political actors.
The session held at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, with prominent billionaires in attendance. AlikoDangote, Femi Otedola, TonyOElumelu, Petroleum Minister Alison-Madueke to mention a few.
Alison-Madueke says Pres GEJ has done the “unprecedented” in Nigeria; appointed more women to high office than anybody else.
The Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke said in quote “I think the time has come for more female operators in the oil & gas industry.”
The forum’s Chairman, Otunba Funsho Lawal, said the interactive session was basically arranged “to interact with Mr. President on the success of his administration since 2011 ahead of the presidential election,” which will hold on February 14.
