The Bayelsa State PDP chairman, Col. Samuel Inokoba(retd.), has been suspended by the State Working Committee (SWC) over an alleged diversion of N40million reportedly provided for the party by the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Dr. Diezani Allison-Madueke. This decision to suspend Inokoba was taken on Tuesday by members of the State Executive Committee(SEC). Confirming the development to newsmen, the Publicity Secretary of the party, Barr. Osom Macgebre said the decision had been forwarded to the national leadership of the party for ratification.
