 Today being Saturday, we figured out, you might be interested in making the Agbalumo drink, so we bring you how

It is so easy to make and delicious.


Get some agbalumos.

Wash then squeeze out the juice, setting the seeds aside.

Peel off the flesh of the fruit, adding them to the juice in the blender.

Add a cup of water to the blender. You can use soda water if you want some fizziness.

Then blend.

Add honey to sweeten and blend some more.

Strain over a glass of ice.

Then serve.

Ingredients

1. 4 Agbalumo (African star apples)
2. 1-2 tablespoons of honey
3. 1 cup of water/ soda water

Instructions

1. 1. Wash and squeeze out the juice from the fruit, adding the flesh and a cup of water/soda water into the blender. Discard the seeds.
2. 2. Blend, add the honey, then blend some more.
3. 3. Strain into a glass containing ice and serve.

Notes

1. * Gently hit the fruit on a hard surface before squeezing. It allows you get out more juice.
