HEAD - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Head a sales and marketing team in a very professional environment
- Focus on business development
- Nurture relationships with high level corporate clients
- Analyze/understand clients needs
- Provide world class solutions to clients using our internationally top-rated tools and methodology
- Ensure superior service delivery to your clients
- Ensure your department is profitable

REQUIREMENTS
- Enjoy sales and marketing and have in-depth hands-on face-to-face service marketing.
- Have proven ability to sell to and manage large corporate organizations.
- Have strategic and conceptual selling skills and ability to develop large sclae business.
- Be a strategic thinker with strong operational efficiency.
- Be a growth minded individual with passion to acquire and apply new knowledge in solving business problems.
- At least Degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent understanding of Nigerian business development process.
- Must have managed a Profit Centre with good reference.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Post graduate degrees and/or Professional qualifications will be added advantages.
6-10 years experience in sales and marketing (sales of services preferred).
