Our company is a financial service provider in search of a self-motivated, seasoned and experienced architect for the position of a Senior Architect in Lagos.

SENIOR ARCHITECT

JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will co-ordinate, supervise and provide management and architectural services on major building projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATION &. EXPERIENCE
MSc Architecture or Equivalent
MSc in Constntction/Projed Management would be an added advantage
Membership of NIA and ARCON or similar professional body will be an added advantage
Minimum of 15 years post NYSC experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
Co-ordinate, supervise and provide management/architectural services on major buiJding projects
Resident site supervision of building projects
Co-ordinate designs, bill of quantities and other tender/contract documents
Administration of building contracts

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENT
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, ArchCAD, Microsoft Projects, 3DMAX and other standard Microsoft office applications
Good knowledge of contract administration
Knowledge of construction management.
