Pastor Adeboye of Redeemed Church (RCCG) begins work on 700-Acres Redemption Camp in USA

As you read this, the Redeemed Christian Church of God(RCCG), North America, which has its base in Texas has begun the development of a multi-million dollar property – 700 acres of land for the construction of a Redemption Camp similar to the one on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. The headquarters, which has about 700 RCCG parishes in its fold, has its services in a 10,000-seat auditorium.

Pastor James Fadele, who runs the Church in North America, told BBC sometime back that God told the church’s leader Enoch Adeboye that its North American headquarters would be founded near Dallas – that spot is Floyd, Texas. Going by the plan, church leaders have grand plans for the property, which now spans 700 acres (283ha): a university, sports complex, even a golf course.
