The immediate past governor of Jigawa State, Alhaji Sule Lamido, his 2 sons Aminu and Mustapha have been jailed for 2 months by a federal court sitting in Kano. Delivering the ruling, Justice Evelyn Anyadike ordered that they be remanded in a Kano Prison custody since the EFCC says it lacks enough facilities to accommodate them. The case has been adjourned to September 28 for ruling on bail applications.
