A former governor of old Bendel State, Dr Samuel Ogbemudia has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling All Progresssives Congress(APC). Speaking on his defection, Dr. Sam Ogbemudia said he would remain a statesman so that he could participate on choosing the right candidate for the governorship election slated for 2016. Ogbemudia is the founder of Edo Mass Movement which its purpose is to ensure that whoever emerges as the next Edo governor is someone who can deliver good governance.
