The stylish wife of Alhaji Rasaq Okoya, Sade, who is the Managing Director of Eleganza Group, is in a joyous mood right now. This is because European-American University in the Commonwealth of Dominican, yesterday, honoured her with an honorary doctorate degree. The event, which held at the main auditorium of University of Lagos(UNILAG), had a long list of Lagos socialites who came to honour the Okoyas.
The Doctor of Science, Honoraria Causa, (Hon. D.Sc) in Business Management and Corporate Leadership was conferred on Chief (Mrs) Sade Okoya as other prominent Nigerians were also honoured: General Ladipo Diya, Oba Abidemi Olanipekun(Ataoja),Mrs Sally Mbanefo, Oba Fatai Oyeyinka( Ojora of Ojoraland), Comrade Igwe Achese( President of NUPENG), Mrs Sade Tinubu Ojo, Hon. Bashir Bello, to mention few.
Chief (Mrs.) Sade Okoya, an alumni of UNILAG, was honoured by the European-American University in the Commonwealth of Dominican for her outstanding contributions and achievements in the business sector especially with the laudable projects at the 34-hectare Eleganza Industrial Estate in Epe, Lagos State.
