Reverend Father Francis Eworo Agentem, a Catholic priest, has joined the list of aspirants vying for the position of governor of Cross River State in 2015. Eworo declared his ambition in a statement issued to newsmen in Calabar on Thursday, saying his wealth of experience as well as his understanding of the dynamics of the state informed his decision to vie for the seat.He added that his ambition was borne out of the need to consolidate on the achievements of Governor Liyel Imoke and make the state economically viable through private sector-driven initiatives.
