Governor Ajimobi’s former commissioners dump APC for Accord Party

Two former commissioners in the Ajimobi-led administration, Dr Ismail Adewusi and Bayo Olagbenro, have dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Accord Party. Adewusi and Olagbenro have been received into Accord Party by the governorship candidate of the Party and former governor of the state, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, who has promised them equal footing with old members. On why Adewusi dumped APC, he said, “Gradually the party was slipping into coma until many people started to leave the party. The two senators that we had left the party. At the moment, APC is technically dead in Oyo State. It is very unfortunate.”
