LETTING NEGOTIATORS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
From day one you will focus wholly on the listing and letting process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income.
Identifying,real opportunities and customer leads.
Sending out details of new properties on the market to tenants on your database
Making appointments and viewing properties
Finding prospective tenants to let our properties.
Ability to deliver on key promises
Must work to meet set monthly targets and KPI
Must have market knowledge of available rental properties and pricing before other Agents do
Good command of English language
Driving Licence necessary, but not compulsory

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Minimum Qualification, HND or B.Sc
Minimum 1 years + previous Property Sales experience is desired
Must be willing to work late and at weekend when required (Saturday only)

SALES NEGOTIATORS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will be working for a dynamic Real Estate Agency using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills.

GENERALLY YOU WILL BE:
Creating visibility and awareness by marketing products in our database to contemporaries and potential customers with the objective of having a closure.
Database gathering; identifying and sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
Ability to deliver on key promises
Must work to meet set monthly targets and KPI
Must have market knowledge of the industry
Good command of English Languages

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Minimum qualification, HND or B.Sc
Minimum 1 years + previous
Property Sales experience is desired
Must be willing to work late and at weekend when required (Saturday only)
Must have Driving License

TO APPLY
Successful candidates for either position will be offered a basic salary commensurate to the industry rate depending on experience with a superb commission structure, 7.5% commission paid on Letting and 5% on any Sales. Company car, mobile phone and laptop provided.
