OPERATIONS OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Keep updated and comprehensive records and documentation of Operations business information on all requests made and expedited.
Maintain discipline and organizational efficiency to promote qualitative service delivery.
Assist in coordinating the Protocol activities, through processing of Diplomatic visas for both staff and their dependents at the Foreign Affairs and Immigration, Embassies, High Commissions and Consulate Offices.
Meet and Greet services for staff both local and international.
Relief the Senior Operations Officer in Lagos when on vacation.
Preparing and maintaining mobilization and demobilization roasters for all personnel,
Ensure that all Onshore & offshore timesheets are accurate, submitted on time and fled.
Provision of administrative support services to the Operations and Finance Department
Maintain good relations with all team members and ensure procedures are followed in disciplined and consistent manner.
Adherence to company management system applicable to admin/logistics procedures.
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of all transactions affecting staff.
Petty cash management-procurement of items needed for the proper running of the office
Fleet management - supervision of third party vendors
REQUIREMENTS
First Degree or Higher National Diploma in any numerate discipline
Previous relevant work experience in similar job coordinating immigration services; logistics will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and computer skills;
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills; Effective time management skills
Self driven, dedicated, resourceful, flexible and proactive;
Fluent in English language Capable of working long hours/ extra hours
Resides around Lagos Island or Lekki axis.
